Abstract:The paper summarizes that the ability to employ information with IT in banking has been enhancing since China joined the WTO. However, there is a big puzzle annoying everyone who engages in finance-the faint relationship of customer. And it analyzes the application of analytical CRM based upon data warehouse ,data mining and On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) in banking.
