| 摘 要： | 实施教育督导,旨在确保教学质量,促进教学水平提高.课堂教学是学生荻取知识掌握理论的主渠道和主阵地.因而教师课堂教学的内容、方法和规范则是教学督导的关键所在.教学督导方式方法多样,最为重要的是搞好课堂教学评估,以评促改、以评促建,不断推进教学质量的持续提高.
