产业组织网络范式与中国产业组织目标模式构建

经济全球化的特征要求以新的范式研究产业组织中企业之间的关系。网络范式正是适应这一背景而产生的。网络范式主要研究产业体系中企业之间的分工与协作关系．在网络范式中,企业由单纯竞争关系演化为竞合关系,企业自身竞争优势的培育转化为抢占价值链上制高点的竞争优势。中国企业必须适应这一背景重新构建理性的产业组织目标模式。一是积极与国际企业进行分工合作,参与价值链的整合。二是国内大中小企业形成密切协作的网络型组织。

The network framework of industrial organization and the reconstruction of the Chinese industrial organization objective mode

The new framework has been required for the characteristic of economic globalization to investigate the relationship among the enterprises in the industrial organization, the generation of the network framework is in line with this background, which mainly researches the cooperation and labor division of the enterprises in the industrial system. It is in this network framework that the pure competition relationship between the enterprises has been transformed to competition and cooperation relationship. And likewise the cultivation of self-competition advantage for the enterprises can be turned into the rush for commanding point in the value chain. So the Chinese enterprises must adapt the reconstruction of rational industrial organization objective mode, and firstly actively join the international labor division and cooperation, thus eventually for the combination of the value chain, on the other hand, the network organization should be formed with close cooperation among different types of enterprises.
