| 摘 要： | 区域经济隆起带构建既是解决欠发达国家和地区经济发展和长期增长的一种有益的尝试,更是发展经济学自身理论体系需要研究和完善的一个理论空白.据此以我国欠发达地区最大的农业城市--南阳市的区域经济隆起带构建为例,系统探讨了欠发达地区区域经济隆起带的具体作用、构建理论、构建模型与政策建议.

| Abstract: | It is a significant attempt not only to built up the regional booming area for solving the economic development and its long-term growth in some undeveloped countries and regions,but to fill in the blank in the development of the economic system.Taking Nanyang city,a biggest agricultural city in the undeveloped region,as an example,this thesis systematically discusses the function of the booming area,the construction theory ,the model and policy proposals in the undeveloped region.It is actually significant for reference. |
