Poetic Geography and Chuangtse's Philosophical Findings

Chinese philosophy is the result of agricultural civilization, which makes the relation between human beings and nature an important theme in Chinese philosophy. The formation of Chuangtse's poetic philosophy is in a sense ascribed to the geographical factor. The unique landform and vegetation of the Kingdom of Song, the motherland of Chuangtse, are not only meaningful in physics, but also, in the thinking mode of "extracting meaning from concrete objects", an important tool to express Chuangtse's philosophical thinking. Hence, Chuangtse limited by the region and the region poeticized by Chuangtse are the two sides of one thing. The poetic imagination of remote places makes this kind of philosophy show an idealism in geographical sense.
