| 摘 要： | 公元前8—公元前6世纪,古希腊各城邦因各种原因广泛开展了殖民运动,希腊人的殖民地遍及地中海、黑海沿岸。殖民运动对古希腊国际公法的影响广泛而深刻,对其国际经济法与国际私法的萌芽与发展,也起了极大的推动作用。

| Abstract: | From BC8C to BC6C , the city-states of the Ancient Greek waged widespreadly t he Movement of Settlement , and the Greek colonies were spread along the coast s of the Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea .The Movement of Settlement exerted an extensive and profound influence on the Public International Law, and also gave an enormous impetus to the germination and development of the internationa l Economic Law and the Private International Law too . |
