On the Practice in Non-litigation Administrative Enforcement

Non-litigation administrative enforcement is an important area in administrative trials.In recent years,the number of cases of non-litigation administrative enforcement has been increasing,and there are also many practical problems in judicial practice.This paper describes the problems in the practice from the perspectives of application deadlines,review standard,relief channels and implementing agencies,and proposes some solutions to the problems.
