| 摘 要： | 就高校扩招后大学生就业压力增大、社会对人才的要求不断提高等问题,结合对学生和学生家长的调查,探讨专科学生的培养方向。提出以培养生产一线需要的实用人才、培养学生解决实际问题的能力、培养学生适应社会需要的能力为重点,强化岗位培训,使学生熟练掌握操作技能。

| Abstract: | The authors explore the training orientation of the students in speciality, put forward that we should take the training of the practical talents who are needed by the first line of the production, the training of students' ability of solving the practical problems and the training of students' ability of adapting to the social demand as the emphasis and strengthen the training of position so as to have students master the operating skill proficiently. |
