| 摘 要： | 国家重建是现代化研究中的一个重要问题.尤其对后发现代化国家而言,国家重建往往成为其现代化顺利推进的先决条件.本文通过对德国和日本两国现代化启动阶段的分析与研究,探讨了国家重建在现代化进程中的作用,指出国家政权是两国现代化全面启动与推进的过程中贯穿始终的核心力量.

| Abstract: | State rebuilding,one of the most crucial problems in the modernization research,is usually a prerequisite for efficient advance of modernization,especially for the late modern comers.According to the detailed analysis and investigation about the situation of Germany and Japan's modernization in the initial stage,the article discusses the function of state rebuilding in the process of modernization and points out that state regime is the key strength all along in course of full-sale starting and advancing modernization process in the two states. |
