| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新策略选择是企业利益方与其他利益方之间博弈的结果.在知识经济的背景下,技术创新已经成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,直接关系到企业在市场竞争中的生存与发展.而创新成功的前提和保障,就是制定适合自身特点的创新战略.基于蛙鸣博弈模型,可以对企业技术创新行为的策略选择进行解释,提出企业技术创新的策略.
