| 摘 要： | 阐述了专业人才“立体化”教育的含义及其必要性，分析了我国高等教育从精英化走向大众化的新形势下专业人才培养存在的问题、面临的机遇及其挑战，提出了专业教育的“立体化”思路与实现手段，以期为专业教育的发展开拓一种新的途径，促进专业教育健康有序地发展，谋取社会效益的最大化。

| Abstract: | The paper works to present the meaning and significance of the tri-dimensional education of professionals,to analyse the problems,chances and challenges of this job in the new situation of public education,and to point out the thinking and feasibility modes of the tri-dimensional education of professionals,hence the paper will help to blaze a new development path for professional education,to promote professional education steadily and to ensure that it is utilized to its best social advantage. |
