学术不端与学术规范、学术管理对谈

近年来我国学术失范、不端乃至学术腐败的事件不断出现,其中特别重要的原因就是越来越严重的学术评价过度症。学术规范建设方面的问题只是学术不端事件增多中很次要的原因。人们面对学术不端现象而见惯不怪,一方面意味着学术不端已经成为非常普遍、非常严重的现象;另一方面也意味着人们面对学术不端现象已近乎无可奈何。导致学术不端的原因包括社会、管理界、学者自身等方面。治理学术不端也必须全社会、管理界、学者自身一同努力。
