摘    要:当今社会,网络以其跨时空、跨地域、图文并茂的双向传播信息的超凡魅力,为人们创造了无限商机,它使广告和商业交易充分地结合在一起。而网络广告作为一种新型的营销手段也逐渐成为网络媒体与广告界关注的热点,网络广告已开始进入主流的传媒行业。介绍了网络广告的基本类型和基本特征,重点分析了网络广告引发的法律问题及相关法律制度的适用与完善。

Abstract:Network creates infinite business opportunities for people by its charm of "cross-time and space" and "cross-region" and its ability of communicating messages through pictures and words.It combines advertisements and business trade in a comprehensive way,and being a fresh means of marketing,network advertising has gradually become the hotspot to network media and advertising industry and has entered the mainstream media industry.This paper introduces the basic types and characteristics of network advertising and mainly focuses on some legal problems rising from network advertising and the perfection of relevant legal systems.
