完善国家制度体系的维度取向探析

以制度分析为基础,结合国家权力因素可将国家制度体系划分为国家政治制度、国家经济制度和社会公共制度。我国制度体系建设的现状不容乐观,亟待完善。在行为取向方面,可从动态和静态两种角度作为切入点。动态上,针对制度演变过程进行路径探寻;静态上,制度对象主要以人际关系、物的秩序和意识形态三个维度作为完善取向。

Ascertaining the Dimensionality Orientation to Consummate the System of National Institutions

We can divide the system of national institutions into national politics system,national economy system and social pub- lie system on the base of institutions analysis combined with the state power factor.In this regard,the current situation of Chinese insti- tutions system is not satisfying,so it should be perfected urgently.On the behaviorial orientation,active and static process perspectives of perfecting the system of national institutions are raised to form the breakthrough point.From the active aspect,emphasis is mainly on the path seeking for the development course of institutions;from the static aspect,three orientations of interpersonal relationships,the order of things and the ideology have been proposed for perfection.
