| 摘 要： | 可持续发展的发展观是当今条件下人们普遍接受的一种合理的发展观。这种发展观是伴随人类社会的变迁和人类自身的不断觉醒而逐渐形成的。它要求人们今天的发展要适度,即今天的发展不能危及未来人们的发展。真正的发展是人类的发展。
