| 摘 要： | 企业家人力资本出资在理论与实践上面临很大的困难，这些困难集中表现在三方面：人力资本产权的可转让性问题、人力资本价值的量化问题、人力资本的可偿债性问题。在剖析难点的基础上，探讨了基于行为锚定法的企业家人力资本价值衡量方法和企业家人力资本挂牌交易制度。

| Abstract: | Investing in a company with entrepreneurial human capital faces great difficulties, which include debate regarding the transferability of human capital property rights, quantifying of the value of ficulties, this article puts forward a behaviorally anchored entrepreneurial human capital measurement method and a listing trade system of entrepreneurial human capital. |
