| 摘 要： | 根据国际生产折中理论分析认为,中国企业跨国并购的动因在于迅速获得企业所有权优势,通过协同效应实现内部化优势,避开反倾销获得区位优势等。中国企业跨国并购将呈现并购规模越来越大、谋求双赢、获取专项资产、政府支持更为积极、中介机构愈发重要、并购交易以换股方式为主等发展趋势。
