| 摘 要： | 我国第四次分配制度改革正在进行中,工资构成中的绩效工资将承担规范分配秩序和搞活高校内部分配机制的双重职能,其总额核定的是否科学合理,将直接影响到本次分配制度改革预期目标的实现程度,作者从绩效工资总额内涵、理论基础、核定原则、核定方法等方面进行了综合研究。 |

| Abstract: | The fourth reform of the distribution system in our country is under way,the achievement wages is to bear two functions of regularizing distribution order and activate colleges' inner distribution mechanism.Whether the checking of its total amount is scientific or not will directly influence the degree of realization of the anticipated goals.From the aspects of the concept of the total amount of achievement wages,its theoretical base,checking principles,and checking methods,the authors carried out a comprehensive study. |
