商鞅“德明教行”的道德教化思想论

商鞅法家认识到人性逐利的客观现实，摈弃仁义而转向以法度为中心的人文，提出了“德明教行”的道德教化思想。在营筑德化的具体过程中，确立“壹教”为教化原则，重视实用的价值取向，奖励耕战，推重“立法化俗”的调控实践，依归因循，强调刑罚和教化之间保持适当张力的重要性，最终使“壹教”在微观和宏观的视域里得到整合，在静态和动态的样态下得到互动，意义积极而深远，值得借鉴。

On Shang Yang's Moralization Thought about "Good Morals and Cultivation"

Shang Yang legalists,aware of the objective reality of profit-driven human nature,abandoned humanity and justice and turned to humanities which is law-centred,and proposed the moralization thought of good morals and cultivation.In the building of the specific process of moralizationt,he legalists established "the only and sole creed" as the principle of education,took the practical value orientation,put a premium on cultivation plus war,and emphasized the regulative practice of "affecting customs by legislation and the importance of maintaining a suitable tension between penalty and enlightenment.Then,"the only and one creed" finally obtained the conformity in microscopic and macroscopic aspects and gained the interaction in static state and under dynamic modus,which is positive and has far-reaching significance,worthy of our reference.
