| 摘 要： | “精进”一词的演变过程是不断地丰富其意韵的过程。“精进”是继承、创新、超越之义,而在创新、超越过程中还应海纳百川、博采众长,应有专心专一,永不满足,不懈地超越奋进的意志。有这种意志就能努力奋进,实现目标,完成大业。它是南通大学校训的核心精神。

| Abstract: | The evolvement of the word "Jing Jin",is a process which enriches its meaning unceasingly."Jing Jin" means inheritance,innovation and surmounting,and during the process of innovation and process of surmounting,be receptive to a variety of ideas,absorb all the essentials,and have the spirit of concentrating on devotion and never be satisfied,and possess the mind of surmounting and advancing bravely.With this strong will,we are able to achieve the aim,and complete the great undertaking diligently.That is the core spirit of the school motto of Nantong University. |
