| 摘 要： | 高等教育现代化首先要求高校教师教育观念现代化。由于历史的和现实的原因，目前高校部分教师的现代教育意识尚未达到应有的程度，这是制约我国高等教育事业发展和影响高等教育质量的一个重要因素。发展我国高等教育事业，必须加强高校教师队伍建设，在强调教师传统素质要求的同时，注重教师现代意识的培养。

| Abstract: | Modernization of higher learning must be preceded by modernization of education thoughts of college teachers. Due to historical factors, some college teachers＇ modern education awareness is not yet up to due standard, which has limited development of our country＇s higher learning education and education quality. In order to develop higher learning education of China, more attention should be paid to improvement of teachers＇ quality and cultivation of teachers＇ modern awareness. |
