| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the theory of core competitiveness of the corporation, the article discusses the puzzledom and challenge that the investment banks of China has to face, and also the urgency to foster the core competitiveness. And then it puts forth how to foster the core competitiveness of the investment banks of China through a series of innovations and improvements for systems concerning personnel cultivation, corporate governance, financing, pattern of management and supervision. |
