| 摘 要： | 宽严相济刑事司法政策在部分检察业务中已逐渐得到贯彻落实,然而在贪污贿赂案件查办中对该政策的贯彻却鲜有涉及。在对贪污贿赂案件查办中贯彻落实宽严相济刑事司法政策的必要性、差异性进行初步论证的基础上,提出贪污贿赂案件查办中建立适应宽严相济刑事司法政策的四项工作机制,以期推动宽严相济刑事司法政策在检察权运行中得到全面贯彻落实。

| Abstract: | The Criminal Justice Policy in the part of the prosecution service has gradually been implemented,but the corruption and bribery cases investigated in the implementation of policies are rarely involved.Based on the necessity and diversity on The Criminal Justice Policy of Temper justice with mercy in corruption and bribery cases investigated,this article innovatively puts forward four working mechanism for investigating bribery and corruption cases with the aim to promote The Criminal Justice Policy in the Power of Prosecution to be fully implemented. |
