| Abstract: | The three-dimension mode for systems analysis proposed by Hall is revised based on various schools of management studies.It is pointed out that knowledge innovation plays an important role in management decision-making.A three-dimension mode of innovation management is set up and traits of various sorts of knowledge and approaches of knowledge discovery are indicated. |
