| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the history and present situation of Naxalism in its belief of armed struggles in the Indian countryside,and also studies the causes of the continuous existence of the armed struggles in the countryside as well as the corresponding policies and strategies of Indian government.The importance of this issue lies in the fact that Naxalism has already become an armed force in the countryside that cannot be neglected,and it has been the chief threat to internal security in India. |
