摘    要:黑龙江省大豆、玉米、小麦、水稻、牛羊肉等主要农产品入世后面临着激烈的国际竞争 ,国家应调整宏观政策 ,尽快建立符合WTO规则的扶持农业发展、提高农产品竞争力的政策体系。黑龙江省在国家的扶持下 ,必须加快农业结构调整 ,大力发展畜牧业和农产品加工业 ,依靠特色和绿色优势 ,全面提高农产品的市场竞争力。

Abstract:The main agricultural products in Heilongjiang such as soybean, corn, wheat, rice, beef, mutton, etc., is to face the fiece international competation after the entry of WTO. In response to the situation, central government should adjust the macropolicies and establish a polical system in line with the principles of WTO to support agricultural developing and enhance the competitive ability of agricultural products. Under the support, the adjusting to the agricultural construction in Heilongjiang ought to be quickened simultaneously, livestock farming and processed agricultural products should be further developed, with the feature of green food, to enhance the competitive ability of agricultural products on a large scale.
