诚信建设的法律保障

诚信是中华民族优良的道德传统,在建立社会主义市场经济体制的今天尤为必需。为此,打造诚信社会,加强社会诚信建设,应充分理解诚信的内涵,对我国社会目前存在的信用失范、诚信危机及危害作一分析,对于我们采取相应的对策、措施十分必要。在众多的举措中,笔者认为,诚信建设的法律、制度保障为重中之重。

It's especially necessary in such a time as the estabishment of the social marketoriented economic system.Therefore, It's important to get a through knowledge of honesty in order to set up a honest society and strenghten the social honest construction,And it has become a necessity to analyze the misconduction of credit in our temporary society and the crisis and defects of honesty.This will do us good in taking measures. The author thinks that the most important thing among the others,is the aid in the law and systerm of honest construction.
