| 摘 要： | 新增硕士学位授予权院校研究生教育大多起步晚，招生计划少，底子薄，缺乏教育经费来源。以集美大学为例，分析了新增硕士学位授予权院校生源质量的现状，并从招生体制、管理体制等方面探讨如何建立生源质量的保障体系。
