高中生创造力危机及影响因素分析

摘    要:在创新驱动发展的历史时期,人的创造力已经成为关系到国家竞争力的战略性问题。高中生作为新生一代,他们的创造力关系到中国未来的创新潜力。对上海市4所示范性高中的实证调查结果表明,高中生出现创造力危机,具体表现为冒险性、好奇性、想象力和挑战性不足,其中尤以想象力为短板,这种现状需要引起高度重视。研究还发现家庭背景对创造力的影响可能存在复杂的机制、学习成绩与创造力的非显著相关甚至负相关为应试教育敲响了警钟、加强课外阅读为提升创造力指明了方向。

Abstract:In the historical period of innovation-driven development, human's creativity has become a strategic issue of national competitiveness. As the new generation, high school students' creativity indicates China's future innovation potential. The empirical findings from Shanghai's four demonstrative high schools show the creativity crisis of current high school students which is characterized by the lack of adventure, curiosity and challenging, especially the short of imagination. The status quo needs high attention and the strengthening on the training of the creativity of the new generation has come to a critical state. The research also maintains that the influence of family background on the creativity may be of complex mechanism, the non-significant and even negative correlation of academic achievement and creativity sounds the alarm for the examination-oriented education and enhancing extracurricular readings indicates the direction to develop creativity.
