欧盟制度框架下的女性政治参与：以欧盟女性团体为例

伴随着欧洲联合进程以及由此而带来的欧盟制度框架的变化,欧盟女性团体产生并不断发展,其活动逐渐成为女性影响欧盟层面决策的有效形式。本文以欧洲妇女游说团(EWL)为例考察了欧盟女性团体及其政治参与实践,并在此基础上分析欧盟制度框架对欧盟女性团体政治参与的影响。笔者认为,欧盟制度框架为欧盟女性团体的产生和发展提供了重要的政治机会,这种机会可以从新社会运动理论——政治机会结构理论视角加以解释。

Women's Political Participation under the EU Framework:A Case Study of Women's Organizations of the EU

With the process of European integration and the changes of EU framework,there emerged many women's or- ganizations which experienced constant development.Their activities became an effective way of women in af- fecting the decision-making process on the EU level.This paper takes as example for European Women's Lobby (EWL)to review the characters of women's organizations of the EU and their practice of political participa- tion,On this basis the author analyzes the impact of the EU framework on the political participations of women's organizations.It argues that the EU framework offers important political opportunities to women's organizations.These opportunities can be interpreted from the perspective of Political Opportunity Structure Theory.
