| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,产业升级和技术进步一直是理论界和实践界关注的焦点。长期以来,我国在产业和技术上已形成了结构性缺陷,即产业上陷于全球产业价值链的低端不能上移、技术上也处于核心元件技术和关键制造技术缺失的空心化状态。需要打破产业和技术上路径依赖的结构性缺陷,在构建起完整产业链的基础上逐步形成自己的产业技术链。本文在产业技术链概念界定的基础上,分析了产业技术链及其升级的发展模式,并以我国电视机产业发展作为佐证。
