Developing and Consolidating a Harmonious Socialist National Relationships: On Safeguarding the Diaspora Minority's Rights

Thanks to the social and economical development, there is a more obvious tendency that the minority people are scattering and living in different parts of China, and the framework of minority diaspora is increasingly prominent. Further importance attached to the minority work and more attention paid to safeguarding the minority diaspora＇s rights are realistically significant for better developing and consolidating a harmonious socialist national relationships. Thus it is proposed that the legal system of safeguarding the minority diaspora＇s rights be further perfected in the aspect of ideas and legislation.
