| 摘 要： | 汉唐之际"心丧礼"虽作为普遍存在的一种学礼制度,但未纳入国家正式礼典,且长期存有异议,其内容较为集中地反映出集权礼乐型国家政体是以"师"即教育作为重要纽带方得以成就的事实。"心丧礼"的实质是明确"师"介于君权与父权之间的特殊社会角色,并强调其对个人、社会及国家的重要作用。

| Abstract: | During the Han and Tang Dynasties,when a teacher passed away,his pupils were required to mourn for three years although they would not be in mourning apparel.This regulation,not included in national codes though,reflected the fact a rites-worshiping regime had been made by the important bond of education.The essence of the pupils' mourning mode is that the teacher played a special social role between regality and paternity. |
