| 摘 要： | 制度建设乃大学发展的根本,大学制度建设一方面与大学发展的内在张力密切相关,另一方面又受到社会需求和学生成长需要的影响。大学制度建设理念和实务的发展与演变要求大学制度建设进行现代转型,因此需要对大学制度建设的目标进行矫正：应紧扣大学作为社会中心的目标,优化配置高校人力资源,不断促进制度供给与创新。

| Abstract: | The system construction is the foundation of universities’ development.It is closely related to internal tension of universities’ development as well as influenced by social demands and demands of students’ development.This paper comprehensively explores the concepts and practices of universities’ development and explains universities’ modernity and modern transition of universities’ system in order to correct the targets of universities’ system construction. |
