| 摘 要： | 技术是人类文明的基础,每一种文明都是由特定的技术体系支撑的。现代技术造就了工业文明的辉煌,也催生了工业文明的生态问题。生态文明是人类对工业文明进行深刻反思,特别是对工业革命以来现代技术的负面效应进行反思的结果。能否建构生态化的技术体系,是生态文明建设的关键。而要建构生态化的技术体系,就需要培育强势的生态文化,使技术服从生态原则,受生态文化的制约。

| Abstract: | Technology is the basis of human civilization.Every civilization is supported by one particular technological system.The modern technology gives birth to the brilliant achievement of the industrial civilization,and it also leads to many kinds of ecological problems.Ecological civilization is a profound rethinking of the industrial civilization.Particularly,it is the reflection of the negative effects of the modern technology after the industrial revolution.It is crucial that whether the system of ecological technology could be constructed or not.If we want to construct it we need to cultivate a strong ecological culture.And it is to be sure that technology obeys the ecological principles and also should be constrained by the ecological culture. |
