风险管理方法流程化体系研究

项目信息搜集、风险管理方法的选择直接影响风险管理的效果。在现有项目风险管理研究的基础上,从历史统计、理论研究、项目内外部资料等多个角度详细阐述项目信息搜集的五大途径。结合方法选择的几项准则,创新性地提出方法之间相互组合构建方法流程化体系的新观点,以提高后续的风险管理的科学性和有效性。最后,结合实际航天项目中风险管理环节,展示了风险管理方法流程化体系的建立过程。

A Research on the Methodology in Project Risk Management

Project information collection and risk management method choice directly affect the effectiveness of risk management.On the basis of existing project risk management,this article presents five channels to collect detailed information on the project from historical statistics,theory,project information and other internal and external sources.Based on several criteria for method choice,it advances a new proposal of constructing method system by combining several methods to achieve more scientific and effective follow-up risk management.According to post-evaluation of risk management,the way to evaluate the methods after project risk management is proposed.Finally,the article,taking the actual risk management in the astronautics project for example,shows the process of information collection and method system establishment as a case of project risk management application.
