| 摘 要： | 文章首先构建了私募股权基金投资项目的评价指标体系,并用AHM法与熵值法相结合的方式确定了指标体系的权重,然后以模糊数学原理为基础构建了私募股权基金投资项目的综合评价模型,并对A企业的M项目私募股权基金投资进行了综合评价.通过评价结果可以看出该项目适合进行私募股权基金投资,而且各个分项的评价值情况良好,表明各个分项的评价分值都适合私募股权基金投资,该项目的综合水平比较均衡,投资风险较小.

| Abstract: | This paper constructs an evaluation index system of private equity fund investment project,and determines the weights of index system by means of combing the AHM and entropy value method.It establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of private equity fund investment project based on the fuzzy mathematics,and it evaluates M investment project of private equity funds about A enterprise.The result shows that sectional evaluation values are suitable for taking private equity fund investment.The partial value is good for investing private equity fund.And the comprehensive level of the project is in balance and has less investment risk. |
