| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是社会经济发展的必然趋势。我国目前已经成为老年型国家。阐述我国人口老龄化的现状及其趋势，从劳动供给、社会需求、投资资金供给、技术供给等方面分析人口老龄化对我国产业结构调整的影响。

| Abstract: | Aging population is an inevitable trend in the social and economic development. Now China has become a country of aging population. This paper discusses the current situation and future trend in China′ s aging population. It analyses the influences of aging population on the country′ s adjustment of its industrial structure in terms of labor supply, social demand, investment capital supply and technology supply. |
