| 摘 要： | 虽然迁移的知识型人口是人口学研究中的小样本,也不是研究的主流,但近些年来相关研究逐渐趋热。国外研究的理论基础比价成熟,更多的是关注与人力资本积累相关联的研究以及国际知识型移民的政策制度。而国内研究起步较晚,关注的问题比较多,但研究触角还不够深远、广泛,存在诸多尚待探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | Although the migration of knowledge-based population of a small sample is not the mainstream of the population studies, but in recent years more and more related researches have been carried out. The theoretical foundation of research abroad is mature, which concerns human capital accumulation and international knowledge-based immigration policies and systems. Researches in China, started not long ago, concern many issues, but lack extensive perspectives, and there are many other problems yet to be explored. |
