| 摘 要： | 晚明女性墓碑文中存在大量关于烈女节妇的记载，这些文字对于我们了解其时社会各阶层对于节烈事迹的表彰事宜颇有参考意义，应得到重视。本文具体论述晚明从朝廷到地方以至于士大夫阶层对节烈事迹的表彰。我们将看到晚明的节烈观念怎样通过国家机器运作以及民间权威的活动而被强调和宣扬，并进而成为女性最高道德规范。
