企业制度三层次模型与创业模式

本文运用现代制度经济学方法论,将企业作为“完整的制度体系总和”进行研究,并分解出企业制度体系总和的三个关键层次。从而构建了一个可以揭示企业内在运作机制的“企业制度三层次模型”。根据“企业制度三层次模型”,揭示出“创业活动”的本质及其与一般性“企业家活动”和“创新活动”的区别,并最终从三个不同维度总结出创业的基本模式。

Enterprise Institution Three-level Model and Entrepreneurial Pattern

By using the modern institution economics methodology, this paper regards the enterprise as an integrated institutional system, and decomposes three main levels from the enterprise institutional system, then builds an Enterprise Institution Three-level Model in order to reveal the enterprise intrinsic operation mechanism. Based on the Enterprise Institution Three-level Model, this article reveals the nature of entrepreneurship, and distinguishes the entrepreneurial activities from the ordinary entrepreneur activities and innovation activities. Finally, this article summarizes a basic Entrepreneurial Pattern from three different dimensions.
