| 摘 要： | 战略联盟是现代经济中企业得以生存与发展的有效组织形式,而联盟社会网络又是企业获得资源的重要途径。以企业战略联盟社会网络为研究对象,论述了社会网络的内涵、特征及社会网络形成的基础条件,并以企业经济行为社会化为背景,运用价值链原理分析了企业战略联盟社会网络的形成及协同机理。在此基础上,结合企业战略联盟的发展历程,根据各种形态企业战略联盟的特点,揭示了社会网络为其所提供的独特竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Strategic alliance is the effective organization form by means of which enterprise exists and develops in modern economy,and alliance social net is the important approach for enterprise's gain of resources.Taking enterprise strategic alliance social net as the study object,and socialization of enterprise economic conducts as background,making use of the value chain theory to analyze the forming and cooperation mechanism of enterprise strategic alliance social net,post the special competition advantage provided by social net,this paper discusses the connotation,characteristics of social net and basic condition of the formation of social net. |
