| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代以来,韩国妇女社会地位和生活状况不断改善,但实现韩国社会性别平等仍是一个长期的社会化过程。在韩国提高女性的社会地位不仅需要全社会的关注,而且需要一个强化的社会决策机制,才能逐步实现从思想意识领域到社会实践领域彻底地根除性别歧视的观点。

| Abstract: | This article interprets some points with relation to realize gender equality in Korean society through introduce and analyze the women's status of society and change of living situation in Korea since 1960's. It also explains that not only needs the concern of the whole society but also needs intensive decision mechanism of society for eliminate the gender discrimination of Korean society then it can realize progressively to eliminate gender discrimination completely from conscious ness field to practice field. |
