论农村教师专业发展的文化阻抗及其消解

摘    要:文化阻抗是制约农村教师专业发展的重要因素,表现在农村学校和教师专业发展意识薄弱、专业发展自主不够、研究型文化缺失等方面;形成文化阻抗的主要原因是农村社会文化的负向牵引、农村学校制度文化的不良规约及农村教师精神文化的消极影响。营造良好的农村社会文化环境、促进农村学校文化转型和提升农村教师精神文化是消解文化阻抗的基本对策。

Abstract:Cultural impedance is the most important factor in influcencing teachers' professional development in the rural areas. which shows in such factors —— week professional consciousness of school and teachers in the rural areas, the shortcoming of teachers' self- development consciousness and school's research- based culture, harmful restriction in system culture and negative effects in spiritual culture of teachers in the rural areas. In order to disintegrate cultural impedance, we should produce a good cultural atmosphere for rural areas, enhancing school's cultural transformation in the rural areas and promting teachers' spiritual culrure.
