| Abstract: | This article attempts to examine China's telecommunications regulatory issues from the perspective of public policy ineffectiveness.The reasons for failure of regulation of telecommunications are analyzed from thee aspects: public policy formulation,implementation and evaluation.Following that,solutions are proposed to approach the new situation of China's telecommunications regulatory issues as a preliminary exploration. |
