| Abstract: | In order to build a well-off society,we should,through implementing strategy of talents,establish the regulations of personnel management which is suited with market economic system of socialism,personnel mechanism for attracting widely talents.Fully raising whole quality of talents' team is the requirement of new situation.It is very significant to explore the way of talents' strategy for building a well-off society across the country. |
