| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化,为大学生提供了更好的住宿条件,然而,就业压力使大学生更加注重学习的实用性,如考研、勤工俭学等等,于是出现外宿现象。加强和完善住宿管理制度、提供更优质的服务、以人为本的管理工作,是阻止外宿现象的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The socialization of rear services in the university provides better living conditions for students. However, the pressure from job hunting awakens them that they should be practical in their studies, for example, taking the entrance examinations for post-graduate studies, and participating in part-time jobs. As a result, living off campus becomes more and more popular. To change this situation, it is practical to strengthen and perfect the system for dormitory management, provide quality services and take in the view that all the work is for the most important factor-students. |
