| 摘 要： | 科技期刊的分级是一项非常复杂的系统工程。目前国家并没有给科技期刊分级,社会上关于国家级、国家一级杂志等的提法是没有根据的。核心期刊取代了级别,但又有一定的局限性,仍不完善。人们需要对科技期刊作出科学、客观的评价。文章对上述情况进行了分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | The grade of scientific and technological periodicals is a very complicated systematic project. At present, our country doesn't grade the scientical and technological periodicals. There is no grounds for about the periodicals of the state grade and the state first grade in society. "The periodical of a nucleus" has be replaced by"the grade", but it is of definite limilations and still not perfect. So it is very necessary to evaluate scientifically and objectively for scientific and technological periodicals. The paper deals with the exploration and analysis on this problem. |
