| Abstract: | Nowadays, university students define their basic standards clearly when they are seeking jobs. Though their expectations are high, their sense of social responsibility and professional consciousness are weak. Therefore, the departments concerned should strengthen their political and ideological training and give them guidance. At the same time, they should try to build a national network market for the students' employment. |
