当前民办高校大学生思想政治教育工作存在的问题及对策

民办高校大学生的思想状态和公办高校的有所不同,他们更多地表现出自卑心理强、缺乏意志磨炼、价值目标世俗化、过于注重自我需求等,这些问题根源是他们对现实的无奈、特定时期的心理与行为叛逆、受垃圾文化泛滥影响等。提出创新思想政治教育的方法、转换思想政治教育模式和保持思想政治教育旗帜鲜明等对策,使民办高校大学生摆脱不良思想的困扰。

Problems and Countermeasures Existing in the Ideological and Political Education for Students in the Private Universitews

this article analysed from ideological characteristics and thinkings of the private universities’,and for this group of their features such as own inferiority complex,lack of will and temper,secularization of the value of objective,too much emphasis on self-demand,and analyzed problems and found that sources are due to its reality toward helpessness,psychological and behavioral specific period of treason,the impact of the proliferation of junk culture,and so on.This article effectively puts forward advices and countemeasures,such as innovative methods of ideological and political education,conversing ideological and political education mode,and a clearcut to maintain ideological and political education.
